Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at ARAD Ventures Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and supervision, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and operations.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project supervision or management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
