Project Planning: Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, defining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
Supervision and Coordination: Directly overseeing the work of project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities
Resource Management: Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency
Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client or stakeholder expectations
Communication: Acting as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, clients, and senior management, providing updates, and addressing concerns or queries
