We re looking for a Senior Technical Writer who is passionate about making complex information clear and accessible. In this role, you ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and fellow writers to create high-quality documentation that supports our products and services at LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation using tools like ReadMe and Oxygen XML Editor.

Work closely with subject matter experts to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.

Use version control tools (e.g., Git via Sourcetree) to manage documentation updates.

Follow and contribute to style guides to ensure consistency in tone, structure, and accessibility.

Participate in planning, peer reviews, and content delivery across multiple platforms (PDF, developer portals, Help systems).

Help organize and maintain documentation libraries and taxonomies.

Continuously improve content based on user feedback and evolving product needs.
Requirements:

Approximately 6+ years of experience in technical writing or related fields.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, especially for technical audiences.

Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments.

Familiarity with APIs, data models, and technical systems.

Comfortable using documentation tools such as ReadMe, Oxygen XML Editor, Git, HTML/XML, and DITA.

Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
