Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Angular for frontend and Java 17 / Spring Boot for backend

Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high code quality through automated testing

Implement secure coding practices and mitigate OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
-
Develop and secure RESTful APIs using OAuth2, JWT, and role-based access controls
-
Build modern, dynamic UI components using Angular (v15+), TypeScript, and RxJS
-
Build reactive systems using Spring WebFlux or other reactive frameworks
-
Participate in architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and peer code reviews
-
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Security, and product teams
-
Troubleshoot technical issues across development, QA, and production environments
Mandatory Skills
-
Backend: Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring Security, RESTful API development
-
Frontend: Angular (v15+), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, Angular Material, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
-
Testing: TDD with JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine/Karma or Jest
-
Security: JWT/OAuth2, API security, input validation, data masking, OWASP Top 10 awareness

Experience with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
-
Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins), and Agile methodology

Understanding of fintech flows such as authentication, KYC, transactions, or statements
Desirable Skills

Experience with API Gateways, service mesh (Istio), or Kubernetes
-
Knowledge of secure frontend practices such as CORS, XSS prevention, and Content Security Policy
-
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and securing cloud-native applications
-
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube, Snyk, Fortify, or Checkmarx
-
Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
