Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to understand and gather non-functional requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain performance and scalability testing frameworks.
- Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor test execution and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
- Support development teams in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
- Establish benchmarks and performance baselines for ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- 6 + years of experience in performance testing, preferably with LoadRunner.
- Experience with shell scripting
- Proficiency in Python for test automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
