Role & responsibilities
- Ensuring every month payroll process for AE's.
- Ensuring every month Headcount MIS and Productivity headcount and sending to Operations team.
- Addressing Queries related to Attendance, Payroll, Repay and Pay Short if any.
- Ensuring Queries has been addressed at the earliest and maintaining Queries Register book in time office during ShiftAddressing the issues related to Canteen, Medical emergency, Security, Transport facility in respective shift.
- Monitoring the Discipline issues in shift.
- Ensuring CL manpower in shift and maintaining all the Contract Labour's are working in respective line throughout the shift
- Maintaining Employee Relation in all the Shop Floor during the shift and Ensuring zero % Production loss in Shift.
- Maintaining Discipline in the Shop Floor and align the AE's to the Organization Goals and deliverable
