Employees Grievance Handling, Labour Welfare and labour Relations
Statutory compliance about attendance, payroll, Leave management, Provident
Fund, ESIC, and disputes settlements
This position will incorporate knowledge of state and central employment laws to address requests from government affiliates.

Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee engagement, Performance
management, IR\/ labour relations, statutory compliances
Create an excellent work environment and compliance with labour regulations.
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Monitoring new employees onboarding, induction, and confirmation Processes
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Review the monthly MIS & align strategy with the management

Requirements
Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) skills.

Knowledge of local language
