Human Resource Manager

HR Manager Hyderabad

A fast-growing US-based company with an annual turnover exceeding 1,000 crore is expanding its offshore operations in Hyderabad and is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with small to mid-sized organizations.
• Strong experience in domestic recruitment across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, work ethics, and productivity, and coordinate with department heads to address performance issues.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and recruit high-quality talent for approved positions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
• Assist management with HR reporting, documentation, and other people-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/recruitment platforms is preferred.
