Labor Law ComplianceRole & responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning End-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding.
2. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations Union handling, grievance management, disciplinary actions, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
3. HR Operations & Compliance Payroll coordination, attendance, leave, HR administration, statutory compliance, labour laws, and audits.
4. Performance Management & Learning PMS implementation, performance appraisals, Training Need Analysis (TNA), skill development, and compliance training.
5. HR Analytics & Leadership HRMIS, MIS reporting, manpower analytics, attrition management, team leadership, and supporting plant productivity.
