Role & responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end plant HR operations including payroll, statutory compliance and time office
* Drive industrial relations, union liaison and workforce discipline management
* Manage large contractual / off-roll workforce compliance and vendor governance
* Own manpower planning, sourcing and onboarding for the plant
* Drive upskilling & training programs including
DOJO training
* Champion employee engagement, welfare and grievance redressal at site
* Oversee plant administration and complete ownership of safety & security
* Partner with plant leadership on HR MIS dashboards and manpower cost control
Preferred candidate profile
* MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute
* Strong exposure to a manufacturing / plant environment
* Hands-on knowledge of EPF, ESIC, LWF, PT and factory compliance
* Proven experience handling contract labour and
IR matters
* Working knowledge of HRMS platforms
* Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills
