Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 desktop support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Configure Outlook email clients and resolve email configuration issues.
- Troubleshoot printers and perform basic maintenance tasks such as Windows installation and updates.
- Offer remote support to customers via phone or video conferencing for efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues that require further assistance.
