Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good experience in handling End user support
- Experience with workstation management system and desktop imaging.
- Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- User sensitization and provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Hands-on experience in Hardware, Software, and communication applications viz TEAMS, E-Mail support.
- Technically competent in finding quick fixes, workarounds, while delivering exemplary customer service
- Team player cooperative and dependable
