GitHub Workflows, CI/CD, AI Tooling, JIRA, FinTech, Capital Markets, Crypto/Digital Assets
Key Points
- 4 to 8 years of professional backend engineering experience is required.
- Candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Both MongoDB and PostgreSQL experience are required.
Production experience with Kafka or similar event-driven systems is required.
- Docker and production Kubernetes exposure are important screening areas.
- Finance, FinTech, or capital-markets startup experience is a strong plus.
- Interest or experience in crypto/digital assets is a significant plus.
- Candidate should demonstrate practical application of clean code and clean architecture principles.
