Java Developer

Position: Java Developer

As a Java Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud platforms, collaborate closely with Architects, and drive the full development lifecycle while ensuring best practices, quality, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with Architects to review designs and propose scalable, robust solutions

Design and develop platforms leveraging cloud technologies, particularly AWS

Work hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs

Create comprehensive design documents, review technical artefacts, and ensure end-to-end solution integrity

Work with both relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

Use tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, and Git in the development lifecycle

Stay updated on the latest technology stacks and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate

Actively contribute to defining development best practices, participating in code reviews and process improvements

Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats

Thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, agile development environment

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field

6-10 years of experience working with Java and related technologies

Proven experience developing and deploying applications on cloud environments, especially AWS

Strong background in working with both relational and NoSQL databases

Experience with continuous integration and development tools such as Jenkins and Docker
