MERN Stack Developer ( Senior Engineering Manager )
Location: Mohali (Work from Office) Shift: US Shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM IST) Working Days: 5 Days a Week Salary: Up to 30 LPA (Depending on Experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Lead MERN Stack Developer to lead the development and scaling of a CRM and Operations Platform from scratch. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of leading a team, making architectural decisions, and contributing actively to development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Design and develop scalable applications using the MERN stack.
- Own application architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

Must Have Experience
- 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
- 2+ years of team leadership or technical lead experience.
- Experience building products or platforms from scratch.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
