Role : Full stack Developer (MERN)

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services.
• Manage application state effectively using Redux, Redux Thunk, or Redux Saga.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library or Enzyme.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to software development standards, security practices, and coding guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in React.js development.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong development experience in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience working with MongoDB and Express.js.
• Experience implementing state management solutions using:
• Redux
• Redux Thunk
• Redux Saga
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Unit Testing using:
• Jest
• React Testing Library (Preferred)
• Enzyme
• Good understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and React architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.

GENAI tools usage and basic understanding is also Preferred
