Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MEP Manager with 10 years of experience to lead our team in designing and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a healthcare industry in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare engineering design briefs and oversee the design development from concept to construction.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Interview and select subordinates, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in MEP design and coordinate with junior engineers and draughtsmen.
- Manage budgets and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of REVIT and experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
