Associate Creative Director - Design

Job Description Work Exp. Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and execution of campaigns, brand identities, and integrated marketing communication

Ensure high-quality design output aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives

Provide art direction across digital, social media, performance marketing, web, and offline creatives

Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

Manage and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and visualizers

Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback

Improve team efficiency, quality standards, and creative thinking

Allocate work, manage bandwidth, and ensure timely delivery

Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and developers

Participate in campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions

Understand client briefs and translate them into strong visual concepts. Ensure consistency across multi-channel communication

Maintain visual consistency across brands and platforms

Ensure adherence to deadlines and project timelines

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging formats

Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, engagement, conversions)

10 12 years of progressive experience in creative design, preferably in an advertising / digital / creative agency

Experience leading creative mandates end-to-end from brief to execution

Proven track record of managing and mentoring creative teams

Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and brand building

Client-facing experience including presentations and stakeholder alignment

Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives and timelines.

Exposure to handling large brands or multiple accounts preferred.
