Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of mechanical systems in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery and utility systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults in machinery/equipment and support systems.
3. Maintain and repair pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and other mechanical systems.
4. Monitor and maintain utility and MEP systems.
5. Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, leaks, and potential failures.
6. Ensure proper lubrication, calibration, and overall upkeep of equipment.
7. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
8. Coordinate with electrical teams for maintenance operations and inspections.
9. Adhere to industrial safety standards and standard operating procedures.
10. Assist in fabrication and mechanical modification work as required.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical engineering or related.
2-5years experience
Work knowledge on pumps, gearbox, conveyors and related mechanical systems.
Basic work knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, utilities and mep systems.
