Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across designated business verticals on a pan-India basis.
• Act as a trusted talent partner to business leaders, aligning hiring strategies with business growth objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong, future-ready talent pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment of hiring requirements.
• Drive efficient hiring processes with a strong focus on offer closures, turnaround time (TAT), and candidate conversion.
• Ensure a high-quality hiring experience by identifying and attracting the right talent while maintaining rigorous selection standards.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, business stakeholders, and external talent channels to deliver consistent recruitment outcomes.
• Monitor hiring metrics, market intelligence, and talent trends to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.
