Job Role:

Managing the Loss Database of the bank. Categorization of Unusual Events as per
Basel Loss Event type, Business Line, Credit / Ops Losses, IT / Non IT etc
Reconciliation of Operational Loss GL
Providing approvals to debit Operational Loss GL basis requisite approvals as per
delegation matrix and other parameters

Highlighting Unusual Events above INR 1 Lakh to internal domains
Preparation of monthly UE MIS for senior management post seeking Provisions, Losses
booked, Insurance and other recovery updates.

Managing Non Fraud Provisions of the bank
Assisting team with Critical Events, Risk Appetite, Loss Matrix, Insurance claim status
etc during Operational Risk Executive Committee, Risk Management Committee and
Board Notes
•
•
Quarterly submission of 6 data points to RBI under Risk Based Supervision (RBS)
Tagging Unusual Events basis Top Risks of the bank for annual Heat Map review
activity
•

Provide Unusual Event data to Audit, Business units etc basis their requirements
Responding to internal audit and RBI queries & requirements
Supporting team with other adhoc activites like Stress Testing, Operational Risk
Capital computation etc
Job Requirements:
•
Good Knowledge of Microsoft office. (Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word &
Excel would be an advantage)
•

Ability to understand, interpret and manipulate large data sets
CA or MBA or Experienced Graduate with Certification in Operational risk would be
an advantage
