Position Title
CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility
Position Summary
Subject position reports directly to the Project Head of the respective project. This includes both Capital and Expense projects of Transmission Grid which entails Construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and execution of Smart Grid solutions

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company values and ESG goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects in areas like education, health, and environment.
- Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and maintain proper documentation/reporting.
- Measure and evaluate the social impact of CSR initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement through volunteering and internal CSR programs.
- Support communication and branding of CSR activities through reports and storytelling.
