Senior Manager HRBP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Oversee factory HR operations, including employee relations, wage negotiations, and union negotiations.
• Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure timely resolution of labor-related issues through proactive communication with employees, unions, and government authorities.

Job Requirements :

• 12-18 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Management, Factory HR, Industrial Relations, IR laws & regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex HR projects such as wage negotiations and union agreements.
