Job Title: KYC (Live Chat Support)
Location: Perungalathur, Shriram Gateway
Interview Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time
Interview Mode: ONLY WALKIN INTERVIEW
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International LIVE CHAT, BFSI, Banking Experience, processes with proper documents.
- LIVE CHAT EXPERIENCE IN KYC, ONBOARDING KYC, VERIFICATION, EDD OR CDD (Live Chat Experience is must in banking sector)
- Must Have International Process knowledge.
- Cibil Must be above 680.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- 5-day work with 2 rotational week-offs.
- 24/7 shift coverage: Any 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break.
- Two-way cab facility provided for all shifts (within the boundary limit).
