KYC Roles & Responsibilities:
Handled Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by reviewing customer documents and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Verified identity, address, and financial documents for accuracy and authenticity. Performed customer due diligence (CDD) and identified discrepancies or potential fraud. Updated customer records in internal systems while maintaining high data accuracy. Coordinated with internal teams to resolve document-related queries and ensured timely case closure within defined SLAs. Maintained confidentiality of customer information, followed quality and compliance standards, and delivered excellent service while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
