Linux System Administrator

Linux System Engineer or Linux System Administrator who is highly experienced and proficient in working with Linux Servers / Windows Servers / Mail Servers / Web Servers technical skills. Advanced certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, LAMP, CCNA, LINUX / CLOUD ADMINISTRATION (AWS, Azure) are strongly preferred.

*More attentive & capable of Technical and Communication training programs provided by the organization. Understand the purpose of training process and tests given during the training process on Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, DNS, etc.,

Responsibilities

• Capable of understanding training processes and the nature of job responsibilities.
• Design, install, configure, and manage WINDOWS/LINUX systems and enterprise-level infrastructure with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud servers and mail servers with strong expertise in cloud technologies (e.g AWS, Azure), including automation and scaling.
• Able to interpret both technical and sales-related customer queries and analyze systems based on requirements.
• Perform timely server updates and maintenance, ensuring regular system backups.
• Monitor server performance, conduct performance tuning, and resolve critical system errors efficiently
• Handle tickets, emails, customer calls, and chats, providing prompt technical and sales support.
• Configure remote access tools like TeamViewer and set up POP3, IMAP, and SMTP on email clients.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Office 365 management.
• Provide L2/L3 support for G-Suite management.
• Ensure cybersecurity through penetration testing and prevention of hacking techniques.
• Willing to work rotational shifts (morning/forenoon/night) in a 247 environment and adaptable to work conditions & Night Shifts.
• Offer technical support and guidance to customers after resolving issues.
• Maintain system security, identify threats, and install/configure necessary software.
• Possess strong knowledge of Shell/Bash scripting, cron jobs, and automation for system administration tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills to manage chats, calls, and emails.
