Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Marketing Executive to support our growing software and AI business. The role will focus on creating useful business content around Microsoft 365 licenses and OpenAI ChatGPT Business, while also helping to manage and moderate our WhatsApp community for ChatGPT Business users.

Key Responsibilities
Content Writing & Marketing Support

• Write clear and engaging content related to Microsoft 365 licenses, Microsoft productivity tools, and OpenAI ChatGPT Business.
• Use AI tools to assist with drafting, researching, improving, and repurposing content.
• Create content for blog articles, social media posts, WhatsApp updates, email campaigns, FAQs, and customer education materials.
• Simplify technical topics so that SME business owners and users can understand the value of Microsoft 365 and ChatGPT Business.
• Assist in preparing comparison guides, product explainers, use-case articles, and promotional content.
• Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

WhatsApp Community Moderation

• Assist in moderating a WhatsApp community for OpenAI ChatGPT Business users.
• Welcome new members and help maintain a professional and helpful community environment.
• Monitor discussions and ensure conversations remain relevant, respectful, and useful.
• Share useful updates, tips, guides, and announcements with the community.
• Collect common questions, feedback, and user concerns for the internal team.
• Escalate technical, billing, or product-related enquiries to the relevant team when needed.

General Support

• Stay updated on Microsoft 365, AI tools, ChatGPT Business, and productivity-related trends.
• Help identify useful content ideas based on customer questions and community discussions.
• Support simple administrative and marketing tasks when required.
  

Requirements

• Good written English with the ability to explain technology in a simple and practical way.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content creation.
• Interest in Microsoft 365, OpenAI ChatGPT Business, productivity tools, and business technology.
• Responsible, responsive, and able to communicate professionally in WhatsApp groups.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions clearly.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, or business software will be an advantage.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing blog articles, social media posts, or business content.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing online communities, WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups, or customer support channels.
• Ability to turn customer questions into useful content ideas.
