Lead - EHS & S

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead - EHS S to join our team at TVS Motor Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in EHS management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective EHS training programs.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of EHS performance metrics and data.
• Ensure all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or qualifications in EHS management are an asset.
• Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
