EHS Lead
Education : BE - Chemical + ADIS.
Experience : 15-20 years
- Ensure to meet all statutory norms / requirement of EHS,
- Annual returns form - 27, plan approval, External / internal safety audit, Fire NOC with six monthly form - B, PESO plan approval.
- Responsible as Sub Department head for KurKumbh & Pimpri Site.
- Develop & maintain safe working conditions. Training on occupational Safety, heath & environment related topics. Ensure MSDS for all API products and timely renewal of the same.
- Implementation of work permit system, maintain fire protection equipment, Emergency Control center, Emergency cupboard items etc. Ensure Mock drills as per plan,
- Implementation of EHS policy effectively at every employee.
- EHS SOP's preparation & Implementation.
- Advise cross function members on Risk Assessment, HIRA & HAZOP study of Products & Services.
- Monitoring of critical operations in process safety Management, Ensure all safety compliances as applicable under factories act, carry out plant safety inspections, render advice on incident/ near miss investigation, maintain records related to accident, dangerous occurences and industrial diseases.
