Environmental Health and Safety Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a culture of safety awareness among employees.
  
• Provide training on EHS best practices, emergency response planning, and incident investigation techniques.
  
• Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and accidents using established reporting mechanisms.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Environment Health & Safety (EHS) role from Commecial Real Estate Industry background.

• Excellent communication in English
  
• B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization; Post Graduation in HSE preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of EHS Management System standards like ISO 45001:2018 OHSAS 18001:2007 etc.
