IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team at InvoIdea Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and clients.
• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
