We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our IT Networking Services team specializing in Edge Technology . The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, network engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and quality outcomes for cutting-edge networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support IT networking projects with a focus on Edge Computing, SD-WAN, IoT, and Cloud Integration .
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
Manage project documentation, including SOWs, project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with network engineers for deployment, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Support post-implementation reviews and project closure activities.
Maintain compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
2 4 years of experience in IT project coordination , preferably in networking services.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
Familiarity with Edge Computing, SD-WAN, and IoT solutions is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello, or other project management tools .
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
