We are looking for an IT Project Co-ordinator to join our team.

Experience- 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the implementation of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and support staff, to plan and execute project deliverables on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing status updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate issues as needed, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT project coordinator or similar role, with a focus on implementing SaaS solutions.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technologies, such as cloud computing, CRM systems, collaboration tools, etc.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain project plans, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, etc.
