IT Infrastructure Manager/IT Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Provide technical support to end-users on Microsoft Windows systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to system administration and networking problems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and familiarity with Macs.
• Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP/VPN configuration.
