Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our team in managing the overall IT infrastructure of ADA Data Centre, DR Centre, and End-user IT Support. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of IT processes and implementation, with expertise in team management, case assignment, and resource balancing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure 365x24x7 operations, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
2. Oversee DCSP coordination, resource deployment, and adherence to technical and deployment SLAs.
3. Generate reports on deliverables, resource utilization, and SLA compliance.
4. Assist in designing IT solutions for end-users and contribute to critical DC infrastructure commissioning and upgrades.
5. Ensure timely resolution of IT issues, coordinating with concerned teams as needed.
6. Monitor and report on IT infrastructure performance, including servers, storage, networking, and security elements.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements:
- BE/B. Tech (CS&E, ECE) or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering IT services
- Strong knowledge of IT processes, infrastructure, and industry best practices
Desired Skills:
- Experience in data centre management and DR centre operations
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
