Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical operations, including IT infrastructure management, network infrastructure management, server management, and technical operations.
  
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies to enhance existing systems and processes.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for data center operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize IT processes.
  
• Provide expert guidance on IT security best practices to maintain a secure environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in IT management or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A.) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, .NET; knowledge of scripting languages like Python is an added advantage.
  
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.
