- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid architectures
- Virtualization & HCI (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper V)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, SASE)
- Microsoft 365, email security, DLP, web protection
- Storage, backup, DR, and high availability solutions
- ITSM, SLA/KPI management, and incident/problem management
- SOC operations, SIEM, threat intelligence
- Vulnerability management and remediation programs
- Information Security, Governance & Compliance
Experience
- 15-20+ years in IT, infrastructure, and security roles
- 5+ years in leadership or management positions
- Strong exposure to information security, audits, and compliance
- Experience operating in regulated or enterprise environments
Preferred Certifications (Optional)
- PMP
- CEH / CISM / cissp
- CISA / CCNA
- ITIL
