Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards
Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs)
Perform line clearance and ensure readiness of equipment, materials, and areas
Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations
Raise NCRs, assist in root-cause analysis, and support CAPA implementation
Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and Packaging teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure labeling accuracy, traceability, and documentation control
Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
Promote hygiene, safety, and quality awareness on the shop floor

Education
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field

Preferred Experience
2-4 years of experience as an IPQA Executive or QA professional
Experience in cosmetic, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
