R&D Scientist - Cosmetic and Personal Care

We are hiring an R&D Scientist Cosmetic and Personal Care to drive formulation development, innovation, and quality compliance across skin care, hair care, and oral care product lines.

This role is ideal for science-driven professionals with hands-on formulation experience and strong manufacturing exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize cosmetic and personal care formulations
Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
Research new ingredients, actives, and formulation technologies
Prepare formulation dossiers, SOPs, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards
Support scale-up from laboratory to commercial production
Collaborate with QC, production, and packaging teams
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
Support new product development and reformulation projects

Qualifications & Experience

Education
M.Sc (Chemistry / Cosmetic Science) or B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience
2+ years of experience in cosmetic or personal care R&D
Manufacturing or private label experience preferred
