Cosmetic Research and Development Professional

We are hiring for Cosmetic Research and Development Jobs to strengthen our R&D team focused on innovative, safe, and scalable product formulations.

This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in cosmetic science, formulation development, and manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities
Formulate and develop cosmetic and oral care products
Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
Research new ingredients, actives, and formulation trends
Maintain formulation records, SOPs, and batch documentation
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards
Support scale-up from laboratory to production batches
Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
Assist in reformulation and product improvement activities

Qualifications & Experience

Education
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field)

Experience
2+ years of experience in cosmetic or oral care R&D
Manufacturing or private label experience preferred
