Store Manager

HCP Wellness Private Limited , a leader in private label skin care, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee our inventory, store operations, and customer service

This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient running of the store while maintaining the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction we are known for

As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and fostering a customer-focused environment that reflects the values of our company: innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations

Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure the store is well-stocked with products

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience

Ensure that store displays align with branding guidelines and marketing initiatives

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

Hard Skills:
Proficient in inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems

Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising
