- Bachelor's / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Candidates who can work in Auroville / Puducherry are preferred.
- Strong Restaurant Operations Management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage Service.
- Team handling and staff supervision.
- Guest relationship and complaint handling.
- Food safety, hygiene and sanitation knowledge.
- Inventory and cost control.
- Staff scheduling and shift management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
