Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure guests are greeted well and receive quick, friendly service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth food service (South Indian menu).
- Manage staff duty roster, grooming, and discipline.
- Handle billing, cash, and basic daily sales reports.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and FSSAI standards.
Requirements:
- 3 6 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory/manager role.
- Experience in South Indian restaurants preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
