Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to improve their performance.
  
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity within the organization.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations related to human resources.
  
• Collaborate with management team to develop talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in HR Generalist activities such as recruitment, performance appraisal, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of Human Resource Management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention rates.
