Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Lead performance management and appraisal processes
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Collaborate with management for workforce planning and organizational development

Required Skills Qualifications

5 6 years of proven experience in HR management
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws
Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in manufacturing, production, or the creative industry
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Expertise in team management and conflict resolution

Eligibility Criteria

MBA in Human Resources or a relevant qualification preferred
Practical industry experience will be given priority
