Process: Loan Recovery - Voice Process

Location: Kothrud & Vadgaon BK, Pune

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to loan recovery
• Communicate with customers regarding pending payments

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Min. HSC Pass
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Languages: Basic / Good communication skills required
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 11,000 - 16,000 In-hand
• Incentives: Performance-based Unlimited Incentives

Work Details:

• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Week Off: Fixed Sunday
