Job Description _ HR Manager

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce management for all business units.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, leave management, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
• Manage employee performance, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements across all locations.
• Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain positive employee relations.
• Oversee organisation to enhance all employee skills and leadership capabilities.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, budgets, workforce analytics, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor HR operations across all branches to ensure consistent HR practices.
• Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate the HR team, ensuring effective coordination, productivity, and achievement of HR objectives.
• Partner with senior management to support organizational growth, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Develop and implement group-wide HR policies, procedures, and strategies across all branches.
