Hiring Regional Service Manager - Lighting (North and East) - Delhi

Base Location: Delhi, Okhla Phase 3 (Head Office)

Role: Regional Service Manager for PLUM

Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose -

To lead and manage end-to-end service operations for LED Lighting products within the assignedregion, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient complaint resolution, cost optimization,
andstrong service partner performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete service lifecycle from complaint to closure ensuring SLA/TAT adherence
• Provide technical troubleshooting support and conduct root cause analysis
• Coordinate with Sales, Dealers, Customers, and Cross-functional teams
• Manage service partners, vendors, and regional service network
• Ensure availability and optimization of spare parts inventory
• Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalations
• Implement CRM-based processes and ensure SOP compliance
• Analyze service data and provide actionable insights
• Control service costs and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Lead and develop regional service team and technicians
