Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible for Booking, Billing , Collections and VA of the branch as per ABP.

2.Operate branch in a profitable manner.

3.Ensure the productivity of the branch as per the desired level.

4.Guide the Team by leading from the Front also identify and groom second in line area Manager.

5.Nurture and Develop the various Channels Partners to drive the business.

6. Network and connect with Interior Designers, Architect, consultants to generate leads.

Job Qualification

• You should hold B.E in Mechanical.
• A proven track record of 12 - 17 years in channel sales - VRF & Ducted
• Team Leading experience
