Job description:
- Able to deliver SLAS
- Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis\
- Manage operations through end-to-end volume planning, process document review and root cause analysis
- Assist with new team member training and ramp monitoring
- Ensure Attrition and Shrinkage targets are met
- Review overall staff performance
- Manage process KPI, Dashboards and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HCC Coding is preferred
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification.
